TEAM MAGNOLIA! That pretty sums up my weekend right there. Yesterday, my best friend and I woke up at the crack of dawn to head to a Recycled Wedding Expo thing. I had this event on my calendar for months, and I was pretty excited about it because it was something I had never heard of before. We both had no idea what we were getting ourselves into.

We began our drive and we were going to make great timing. 8 AM and the doors opened at 9 AM, we thought we were good to go, and then we arrived… Another 200 people had the same idea as us, but we stood in line and slowly watched it get longer and longer behind us. At least 1000 people behind us… Overall there was definitely a few cat fights, line cutters, whistles, and frozen feet. It was one heck of a morning to say the least, but the people that were around us were pretty amazing and we were then called Team Magnolia!

This weekend was yet again a weekend that went by way too fast, and I am not prepared for what the week brings. Wedding season is in full blown, and don’t get me wrong I am so excited, but my body is already feeling it or it’s all the lunges my trainer is making me do… My body is not liking it though.

As always, lessons learned/events that transpired over the past week:

• I found this amazing bridal boutique this week, and I cannot wait for my appointment with them in June!! EEK!
• Um, speaking of June, that’s in two months… Meaning my wedding is in one year and 2 months… WHAT!?
• I may or may not be booking one of my dream weddings at my dream location this week… AH!
• Gold’s Gym is a new thing we are trying… AKA my forcing MJ to go with me. Getting Wedding Ready!!
• I’m getting married… When did I get so old?
• A new love in terms of food… Sushi! (Well, Spicy California Rolls.) We have an amazing Sushi restaurant near us, and it’s going to take everything in my being not to go every day.

Exciting stuff, I know haha! Tomorrow’s blog post is going to be filled with Emily and Alex’s engagement session, but for now here are a few sneak peeks!! I hope you all have an amazing Monday!
