I grew up in a military family, where my dad was relocated to many different states and even a few countries. Luckily when I was born we didn’t have to move around too often, but when we made the move from Colorado to Virginia I was old enough to understand what was going on and I was crushed/thought the world was going to end. (Drama queen, I know.) We moved to this small town in Virginia called Poquoson, in a neighborhood that had a pool and tennis court across the street, so I was pretty much sold at that point. The humidity was (still is) an issue, but I was content with where we were. The neighborhood lacked kids to play, but then the Long’s moved onto our street and that’s where Jaycee and I’s story begins. Jaycee is my youngest sister’s age, but our neighborhood was close and we always were hanging out at the pool or on the boat or something. I always saw her as this little girl, and now she is a senior! A beautiful, fun loving, adventurous senior!

I met Jaycee and her mom, who I have also known for years now, at the Yorktown Battlefields and then we went down to the beach! You could place Jaycee any where really and she would have an amazing photo shoot! She’s so photogenic! I look at these photos though, and I cannot believe this time next year she’ll be in college having the time of her life! Jaycee, you have so much to look forward to, and I cannot wait to see what life has in store for you and the adventures it brings you! Don’t grow up too fast! 😉 Enjoy your senior year, and enjoy your senior pictures!! I’ll see you around the neighborhood! 🙂
