Mash Up Monday still not done and it’s almost lunch time:  Check (#classic)

Happy Monday, friends! Here is another Mash Up Monday written at the last possible moment. This morning I started with my inbox, that then led me to Facebook, back to my Inbox, write two words for this blog post, check Instagram (no reason, it’s just a thing that I do constantly), finally grab the coffee that got cold because I forgot about it, and then back to this blog post… It’s going to be one of those days! The fact of the matter is that it is up before lunch!! (#winning)

This weekend consisted of photography sessions (always), food, drinks, and a whole lot of best friend lovin’. I got to see two of my best friends who I haven’t seen in close to 6 months… Yeah, SO sad! The three of us did what we know to do best… Eat, drink, and watch Netflix. In our group of 6, the three of us are the ones that would find any excuse to stay in on a Saturday night, so when you don’t have the other three there to push us out of the house that results in a whole lot of Netflix and literally chilling. I wouldn’t have it any other way!

The next best part of my weekend: DRIVE IN MOVIE!! I absolutely loved it. I cleaned out my mall of a car, and we put every single pillow and blanket we could find in the back of my car! It was the best time!! I would go every weekend if I could!! Highly recommend it if you haven’t gone to one before!

As always, lessons learned/events that transpired over the past week:

• Favorite Places to Eat in Richmond (so far):  Boka Tako, Shindigs, and Helen’s
• Speaking of food, I really don’t like bananas (anyone else sing the Gwen Stefani song when spelling b-a-n-a-n-a-s)! I never liked them as a kid, and I tried them again recently and not my thing. Texture!
• And more about food… MJ just might be one of the best cookie bakers I know. My best friend, Katie, still wins first place, but MJ is definitely in a close second!
• I literally almost got smashed yesterday while driving. Definitely one of the scariest experiences thus far while driving. I know I definitely have some road rage (working on that), but man, if you are willing to full on crash into a car just to cut someone off… You should probably think twice before you drive.
• COLD AND DRY. The weather has gotten to the point where I need to start carrying lotion. (I dislike the cold so much.)
