I still cannot believe that 2016 has come and gone! Can you guys believe it!? We’re all thinking about goals and resolutions for the new year, but it’s also time to reflect on the previous year and all that’s happened. I posted my 2016 Engagement Highlights earlier this week, and today, I’m showcasing all of the incredible weddings that I’ve had the honor of being a part of this year. I was fortunate enough to photograph weddings at Sundara, Early Mountain Vineyard, Norfolk Botanical Gardens, Yorktown Beach, The Half Moone, and many other amazing venues! You’ll see gorgeous flowers, perfectly placed tablescapes, and beautiful, flowing wedding gowns, and you will also see tears, laughter, celebration, and family members embracing. You’ll see love and pure, unadulterated happiness captured in a single frame. And you will see, quite literally, my life’s work and some of our biggest blessings – my incredible 2016 couples!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to my 2016 couples. Each and every one of you holds such a special place in my heart. I’ve spent hours this week looking through your wedding images and reliving your beautiful days, and I can’t adequately express how much you mean to me!! Technically, sure, you’re “clients”, but truly, you’re friends who we’ve seen laugh, cry, and express the deepest emotions you’ve ever felt. I’ve celebrated with you, and so many of you have made me feel like a part of the family. That’s not a “client” in our book, and man, oh man, I thank God for each and every one of you!
