Richmond, Virginia is pretty much my second home. I visit the RVA at least once a month for engagement sessions, senior sessions, or weddings, and I love it! Richmond has so many beautiful, unique locations for sessions, and on Saturday I was able to explore a new location for Hannah and Stephen’s engagement session- the Richmond capitol building!

I’ve been so excited for this engagement session since Hannah contacted me a few months ago about being her wedding photographer! I have to admit, I am a little nervous before every engagement session because this is my first time really meeting my couples, but as soon as I met the both of them my nerves went away. Hannah has to be one of the sweetest people I have ever met, and Stephen compliments her so well. His small gestures and loving glances toward Hannah were more than enough to show how much he truly loves her. When we were talking about their big day, I literally geeked out! Their wedding is going to be beautiful, and Hannah is going to make the most beautiful bride!! Can it be May already!?

Hannah and Stephen, thank you so much for asking me to be your wedding photographer! I loved our time together this past weekend, and I don’t know if you can tell, but I am SO excited for your wedding day. I hope your blog post as much as I do! xoxo
