When I launched my brand new website a couple months ago, I had three different giveaways (because one certainly wasn’t enough)! One of those giveaways was a free couples session, and, you guessed it, these two were the lucky winners! As soon as Patricia found out she won, I can’t even explain how excited and happy she was to be the winner, and right then, I just knew their engagement session was going to be amazing! Patricia wasn’t only excited, but she truly valued my work and trusted all my opinions and thoughts which really helped make her session SO amazing!

The three of us met up at Maymont Park in Richmond to start their session, and I literally took the first picture and squealed. These two were complete naturals in front of the camera, and then you add in the fact that Maymont is stunning… WIN! The whole evening was filled with so many smiles and laughs. We spent the entire evening getting to know one another and talking all things wedding. And don’t even get me started on how stunning of a bride Patricia is going to be… Paul isn’t going to know what to do with himself!

One of my favorite parts about their relationship though is their love story. Paul is actually Patricia’s best friend’s brother, so these two have known each other for most of their lives. (Isn’t that every best friend’s dream? To somehow become related to one another? Or is that just me?) After years and years of friendship and when the timing was right, these two finally started dating and now they are ENGAGED! That’s not even it, Paul’s sister is also engaged, so Patricia and her best friend, soon to be sister-in-law, are both planning the weddings of their dreams! How cool is that?

Patricia and Paul, I loved being able to spend time with the both of you! Your wedding day is going to be breath taking! I’m so truly happy for you both! I hope you love your blog post filled with my favorite images!
