First Monday of FALL! YIPPEE! I am a summer girl through and through, but, man, being the October baby that I am, I was born to love fall. Everything from carving pumpkins to the colorful leaves to the fall festivals. Fall is hard to not love!

MJ and I started this fall season with OUR engagement session!! We have been engaged for over a year now, and I am so happy we got to spend Sunday together at our wedding venue with our wedding photographer. I finally got to focus on us and our wedding for a few hours, and it was SO nice! I loved that we did our engagement session at our venue because one, our venue is stunning, and two, we got to see all the new things they are working on! Our wedding is a somewhat destination wedding, so we can’t stop by whenever we would like to!! We had SO much fun!

The process of getting those outfits though… Shopping for a boy is more difficult then I thought! Let’s just say that we had 4 Macy’s employees helping us at one point. But, boy, did he look good!! Blazer and all! I cannot wait until we get those images and share them with you all! (Even though last night was perfect, I will definitely be writing a blog post about what not to do before your engagement session and how to plan better…)

As always, lessons learned/events that transpired over the last week!

• I need to get back on my workout game. Like, this needs to happen again. Busy season has resulted in all free time that I have devoted to naps and Netflix! (Carrie Underwood would be disappointed.)
• My fiance looks SO good in a blazer!
• S’mores on the grill fixes any sweet tooth! (I am definitely a burn the marshmallow kind of gal!)
• Coffee. I used to never drink it; I really didn’t like it, and now… I drink way too much. I am some what addicted now!
• The sick bug has begun. MJ has been gross for about a week now, and I’m pretty sure I am doomed now after the amount of times Natalie made us kiss last night haha!
• I cannot wait to see the rest of our engagement images!! AHH!

This weekend was filled with different sessions, so this week will be filled with many pretty images!! We have Zach and Shannon’s engagement and a wedding that I second shot with Audrey! Stay tuned for a whole lot of pretty, but for now enjoy these sneak peeks!
