We woke up early for Autumn and Anthony’s sunrise Lincoln Memorial engagement session. The sunrise was beautiful and walking all around the Lincoln Memorial with little to no people around was amazing and so worth the early wake up call. Personally, the DC monuments look their best at sunrise.

I met these two last year during a beach trip with friends and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect! Anthony was in the process of planning the perfect proposal, which included a photographer. So, when I arrived and we all got properly introduced… the stars alined.

After photographing their Outer Banks proposal, they asked me to be a part of their 2022 DC wedding. With every wedding collection though, we started with an engagement session. They chose to do a DC engagement session. With the stunning monuments on the background and them being as cute as ever, their session couldn’t have been better.

I cannot wait to celebrate these two again for their DC wedding, but until then, enjoy a few of my favorites from their Lincoln Memorial engagement.
