An Elegant and Detailed Crossing at Hollar Mill Wedding
No longer two but one. Mark 10:8
This verse represented Patrick and Laura’s wedding day perfectly, and I love that they chose this verse to be read during their wedding ceremony because that’s what a wedding day is all about. It’s not about the pretty details, the songs that are played, not even the wedding dress, but about two people deeply and passionately in love with one another. Two people becoming one; two people making a promise to one another that they will be one for the rest of their lives.
Don’t get me wrong, Laura did such an amazing job turning her dream wedding with all the beautiful details into reality (I had heart eyes galore), but it’s how Laura and Patrick looked at one another and smiled at one another that made this wedding stunning. It was how her family and friend’s were so invested and engaged in their celebration that made their wedding special. I had to relax my face at one point because I was smiling so much! The tears, hugs and laughter are so evident in their images and it was such an honor to be the one capturing their day!
Patrick and Laura, thank you so much for including me to be a part of your special day. You two share such an incredible love, and I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for you both. I hope you are having an amazing honeymoon, and I hope you love your blog post (when we see it hehe)!
xoxo
