I had the best engagement session with Molly and Dan! When we started planning their session, they knew that they wanted a cherry blossom engagement session. The hard part is you have to plan around the unpredictable cherry blossoms, and the hardest part? You have to guess which day you think they might be in bloom because you have to get a permit ahead of time!
Luckily for us, we picked a day just close enough to peak blooms to get pictures with all the pretty trees and flowers! You’ll see what we mean below!
These two are such a cool, low-key couple, and I loved photographing them around the tidal basin. They were troopers to wake up at the crack of dawn and tough it out through the cold morning! But the spring colors, coupled with how gorgeous these two are together, created an awesome engagement session!
Molly and Dan are tying the knot at Shadow Creek Weddings and Events in Purcellville! It’s going to be the best day, and we can’t wait! For now, enjoy some of my favorite images from their engagement session!
