I introduced you guys to this incredible couple in their engagement session blog post, and I told you a little bit about their “modern day romance.” They met through a dating app! Sometimes, I love this day in age so much with apps and online dating, because it takes two amazing strangers and creates one of the sweetest, most joyful and easy going couples I know. Mollie and Rob are perfect for each other, and aren’t they beautiful together!?

These two had the wedding day of their dreams surrounded by hundreds of people they know and love most in this world! (Seriously, 300 people with a 21 person bridal party!) Not even the weather could bring them down! It called for rain all week, and it did just that most of the morning. To our surprise, and something no one was expecting, the sun came out right in time for sunset!

Literally, the best day ever!

I loved every detail of Mollie and Rob’s Burlington Plantation wedding day, and it was so much fun to photograph. First, Mollie’s gorgeous detailed ballgown was the perfect dress for twirling and dancing. And the florals from Williamsburg Floral added the prettiest pops of colors. No detail was left unthought of, and I was in photographer heaven! Burlington Plantation served as a gorgeous backdrop for such a beautiful day, and the wonderful ladies at Wedding Co of Williamsburg made sure everything went perfectly!

Mr. and Mrs. Stratton – you two had the most amazing wedding day! But, you could have gotten married in potato sacks, and it would still have been one of the most special days I’ve gotten to be a part of! You two are something so special, and I know your marriage will bless so many. Congratulations! I love you guys!
