Good morning, friends!! It’s Monday, and today I am feeling a little more chipper than usual. It might be because I have Chocolate Chip Creamer for my coffee this morning, but none the less, I got a smile on my face and I am ready to get this week started.

This weekend was filled with more wedding bliss! I think it’s safe to say every photographer was heading to the local Target to find umbrella’s for this weekend. It was 100% rain for almost the entire state of Virginia! I could not find clear umbrella’s until 30 minutes before I had to be at the venue. Kohl’s for the win! Luckily, though, it did not rain for the ceremony or for the pictures! It was definitely chilly, but I’ll take that over rain any day!

Crisan and Hank had a beautiful wedding filled with amazing friends and family, and a super plus about this wedding is that I was able to bring MJ with me! I also received the BIGGEST compliment at Crisan and Hank’s wedding. One of their friends tapped me on the shoulder, and she said, “Hi, you don’t know me, but I am one of your biggest fans! I read all of your blog posts, and I just love your work.” Yeah. I almost looked around to see if she was talking to someone else. She was talking to little ol’ me! I hugged her twice. I am still flattered beyond belief! Gosh, the sweetest thing anyone has ever said to me!!

As always, lessons learned/events that transpired over the past week!

• Today, I am going to HomeGoods with the queen of HomeGoods to finally decorate my home! I’m going to try not to spend my entire pay check. Wish me luck!
• Game of Thrones. Yeah, if you are caught up, I teared up. Not only did GoT blow my mind, yet again, but it made me tear up. Never get attached to a character. Never.
• This past Friday was Bike to Work Day, and MJ biked 17 miles!! I’m so proud of him; that’s awesome!! If anyone else biked to work, go you!
• I had my last coaching practice last week! If you don’t know this about me, I have played field hockey most of my life, and now I am beginning to coach!! Definitely a lot of work, but I love it!
• I cannot wait for this weekend! It’s my first weekend off since the beginning of March, and I cannot wait!! Seeing my best friends in Richmond, wedding planning with MJ, and a Disney movie marathon! Yes, please.
• OH, and if you haven’t heard… Disney is having a major throwback movie marathon this weekend! Like, Zeon, Cheetah Girl, Brink kind of throwback weekend!! Yeah, you’re welcome. I am so stoked!
