Tom and Stephanie had the most beautiful sunrise Georgetown engagement session! I met them early Sunday morning near the Key Bridge to take advantage of what we thought would be an uncrowded spot… Come to find out the 9-11 Memorial Race was starting line was literally right where we were supposed to start their session, so with a crowd of runners watching, we began the session.
After a few minutes of being stared at by runners in spandex, we went to another location, got stopped by a kind and energetic man who then let us take photos on his property right beside the water… WIN! We spent the entire morning walking and talking about their love story, their wedding details, and a lot about Tom’s love for cats. (Tom believes he is 50/50 person. Stephanie and I believe there is no such thing!) The best part? Ending the session with District Doughnuts. SO GOOD.
Tom and Stephanie have such a fun relationship. They love goofing around, brunching as much as possible, and just being with one another. I cannot wait to see what life has in store for them.
Their barn wedding in Orange, Virginia next spring is going to be so amazing and beautiful! I cannot wait to celebrate with them and all their closest friend s and family!
