Neighbors turned best friends turned high school sweet hearts turned long distance relationship turned fiances turned Mr. and Mrs. Kanter. (About time…) Danielle and Robert’s Norfolk Botanical Gardens Wedding is one that everyone has been waiting for.

Over 15 Years of LOVE

Robert and Danielle have been dating for almost 1/3 of each others lives and have known each other 2/3 of each others lives. Pretty much these two are the definition of relationship goals. In high school, they were the couple to be, and still, to this day, they are the couple to be. When these two finally got engaged, I’m pretty sure Facebook shut down for a minute or two with the amount of love and excitement that was being shown on their “We’re Engaged” picture! It was finally time for everyone’s favorite couple to get married!

When a Hurricane Decided to Crash Your Wedding

Like every bride out there, Danielle had the perfect plan for her wedding, and like every wedding out there, something falls out of plan. Everything was going perfectly until a week before her big day, weather channel was calling for a tropical storm. We waited and we all hoped that it would drift away, and we can definitely say that it didn’t hit us as hard as we thought, but it still did enough damage to cause everything Danielle had planned outside to be inside. Hermine brought a lot of flooding and wind and annoying misty rain, but we showed him who was boss and still got some incredible (windy) images outside. (If I haven’t mentioned this yet, my couples are incredible!) Robert and Danielle were amazing, and their wedding day was an absolute blast. Family, friends and guests celebrated with them for hours and hours despite the weather! It was the perfect wedding for the even more perfect couple!

Robert and Danielle, I hope your honeymoon is just as incredible as your wedding was! You two have such beautiful families and amazing friends, and it was such an honor to be the one capturing your memories from one of the best days of your life!!!! I love you both!
