On May 21, 2016, the skies were cloudy and the rain held off for Hank and Crisan’s wedding day! On May 21, 2017, the weather did the same thing as they stood on top of a hill renewing their vows to one another.

When Crisan asked me to photograph their vow renewal, I couldn’t have been more honored. Both Crisan and Hank have become such amazing friends over the past year and being able to celebrate their 1st anniversary with them was such a treat. MJ and I woke up early and made them breakfast (which is definitely out of the norm) and we all spent they day talking about everything from music to their wedding to marriage.

Hank and Crisan’s first year of marriage was filled with so much love, strength, and commitment, and they decided to do this vow renewal to truly be with one another on a day that will forever be theirs.

I could honestly talk about these two for hours and hours, but for today, I’m going to allow the pictures speak for me.
