Goodness gracious, what a weekend!

I have been feeling under the weather with a sore throat and headache the past couple of days, so I stayed in Friday and most of Saturday! I literally sat on the couch, caught up on shows, and snuggled with Lily. I wanted to make sure that I would be good to go for Sunday!

What was on Sunday, you ask? Well, for those of you that don’t follow me on Instagram, I was Visit Loudoun’s Wedding Tour! A huge venue tour in Northern Virginia! I got there at 8:30 AM and left there at 6:30 PM! It was quite the event, to say the least! (More to come this week on the blog!)

And don’t get me started on Day Light Savings. Yesterday kicked my butt, but it was one of the best days and so worth all the hard work and tired eyes (and very sore feet haha)!

(I’m truly exhausted and have so much to do, so I’m going to keep this post short and sweet!)

As always, lessons learned/events that have transpired over the past week:

• Get out of your comfort zone and meet new people! It’s life changing. I met so many people on Sunday, and I think it’s safe to say that my business and my life really will benefit from talking and getting to know people who work in my industry and showing people how passionate I am about what I do!
• SO many people got engaged this week! I know of at least 5! How crazy and exciting!
• MJ and I learned about two awesome new brunch places in Northern Virginia, and we are STOKED to go check them out! Brunch is life.
• Lily started puppy school last Monday… Let’s just say she the party animal of the group and wants to be friends with everyone! (Shaking my head!)
