A Winter Big Spring Farm Engagement

Normally shoots in the dead of winter raise a few red flags for me.

1. It could be FREEZING!!!

2. There is a lack of color.

3. It can sometimes be really windy and miserable outside!!!

But when we figured out that Cameron and Lauren needed to send Save the Dates pretty soon, we knew we weren’t going to avoid the winter months. So we planned a random date in January and kept our fingers crossed! Well, we got the absolute BEST case scenario for their engagement session! It was gorgeous! Mother Nature was on our side. It was 60 degrees, barely any wind, and the light was just amazing!!! Some winter days are dreary and overcast, but not this past weekend! It was the perfect setting for an engagement session!!!
