I met Bethanne a couple of months ago through Rising Tide Society. (A group of creatives that meet up once a month to encourage community over competition!) Bethanne leads the group and is an incredible wedding photographer in Northern Virginia. I was completely shocked when I saw an inquiry in my inbox with her name on it; Bethanne wanted me to photograph her and her family! I couldn’t believe it! I look up to Bethanne in so many ways, so when she asked me to do this for her, I was so honored. The best part of her session is that she knew exactly what she wanted right from the start. She wanted trees, tall grass, and a mountain view, and when I found Sky Meadows State Park, I knew it was the perfect location.

You might be thinking, “I didn’t think you did family sessions, Corrin.” Well, for the most part, I don’t, but every now and then, I make an exception. Bethanne and Seth are wonderful parents to their two adorable and amazing kids, Noah and Aislynn. And, you can’t forget their pup, Ella! This family has been growing since 2009 and being able to document this time of their life was a gift. It’s so important for families and couples to document different moments in their lives. I know Bethanne is going to love sharing these images with Noah and Aislynn in the future.
