OH HEYYY! I’m back in the real world (kinda) and you all know what that means… Mash Up Monday is BACK!

It’s been three weeks since I’ve been on the blog and for someone who blogs at least twice a week, that was not an easy task. I will admit that it was exactly what I needed to do though! Between my wedding day and my honeymoon, I could probably write a novel about how wonderful every moment has been! But, at the same time, how do you describe moments and days that are truly indescribable? Well, that’s for another blog post. 😉

For those of you that are new around here, let me give you the quick update! I got married June 17 to my very best friend and love of my life at the most beautiful venue with the most wonderful vendors, and then after the wedding, we had the BEST honeymoon at St. John in the Virgin Islands! People think I’m crazy for this next thing I did, but I literally got home from my honeymoon on Thursday and photographed a wedding the very next day…

Crazy? You may say that, but for me, it wasn’t even a question. Laura and Mason are and forever will be one of my ideal couples. They have such kind and amazing hearts, and being a part of their wedding day was such an honor for me. I wouldn’t come home from my honeymoon for just anyone. 😉

Right now, MJ and I are in my favorite place on the planet:  Stone Harbor, New Jersey! If you have followed me at all, you know just how much I adore this home away from home. We come here every year with my family and it’s my favorite time of the year. Stay tuned for pictures of my sisters because we all know that happens every year too!

As always, here are the lessons learned/events that transpired over the last week (three weeks, cough, cough):

• MJ is really good at snorkeling, hiking, and climbing! He is this adventurer that I never knew about! I love it!!
• St. John is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. Period. Absolutely stunning. I cried when we first go on the island haha!
• Honeymoon friends are the best type of friends! More on this on another blog post for a later date!
• Bug spray is life. Oh my goodness. The amount of bug bites MJ and I got over the past two weeks… I would say it’s over 75 at least!
• Disney Pictopia is an amazing game! Thanks, Meg, for the wedding gift!
• We are so incredibly blessed to have so many amazing people in our lives. Again, I’m writing another blog post about this, but we cannot thank everyone enough for attending our wedding and being there for the two of us! BEST DAY EVER!

Man, it’s hard to compact so many different things into one blog post… Have no fear though, many blog posts to come! This week look out for Laura and Mason’s wedding day favorites and our honeymoon pictures!! EEK!
