HELLOOOO, it’s me!

Happy Monday and welcome back to the new and improved Mash Up Monday!! You guys, I have missed you all! I didn’t think I would be offline that long, but it was so worth it in the end! This new blog is going to be so much easier to navigate and read! I love it and I hope you love it too!

Let’s get started with today’s Mash Up Monday! For this post, I’m going to start this with the most magical thing that happened last week… Beauty and the Beast. If you have not seen it yet, your life is not yet complete. Oh my goodness, it was, by far, one of the best movies I have ever seen and most definitely the best Disney remake yet! I hope to see it another two times by the end of the week, and yes, I am that Disney crazy! No shame!

Along with that magical master piece, MJ and I spent the weekend finishing up on some big wedding planning to-do’s! The biggest check off the list was his purchasing his suit! GAH, it’s such a weight off both of our shoulders to have that one done! YAY! We also started registering at Target, addressing envelopes, and bought outfits for our honeymoon!! Saturday was definitely a successful wedding planning day!

Sunday was also a very productive wedding planning day as well!! One of my past bride’s is letting me borrow some of her details from her wedding, and I cannot even begin to tell you how thankful I am for that! More past brides should work with current brides in terms of details!! SO HELPFUL!! After that my friend Brett and I went to a wine tasting at Cooper’s Hawk and guess what we did…

WE BECAME WINE MEMBERS! What!? I think that completely makes me an adult now. I’m in a wine club. BEST CLUB EVER.

The past few months have been a whirlwind of emotions between planning the wedding and rebranding, but everything is going SO well over here! I genuinely a happy woman right now!!

As always, lessons learned/events that transpired over the last week:

• I miss the snow already. I’m the first to say, I need warmth in my life, but when it comes to snow, I’ll take it anytime, any where! Also, MJ stays home from school and we get a snow day! (We all know that’s the real reason!)
• MJ and I did a Lifestyle Session with one of my new photography friends and this was the only session where I didn’t have to pull MJ’s teeth to do so!! (AMAZING!) We had SO much fun! I would do those type of sessions any day! If you’re looking to do one contact Marla Thache! She’s amazing! I can’t wait to see the rest!
• Taxes. I hate them. They make my heart stop. I couldn’t be more thankful for my friend who is helping me this year! She’s literally the best human.
• I just want to reiterate that Beauty and the Beast was amazing and that you need to go see it… Like now.
