Boy, oh boy! It’s Monday and it sure does feel like it. After a busy weekend with no husband, little to no sleep (thank you Lily), and a bump with a cement column, you can safely say that I’m in need of another weekend… But I’ll take the start of a new week!

This past weekend MJ had another bachelor party to attend for our friend, CJ! So while he was away, I was on Lily duty! AND it was Lily’s 1st Birthday was this past Friday, so she got a whole lot of extra lovin’ and you better believe she was treated like the princess she is! (Head over to Instagram to see her Birthday picture!) She got a bone cake, toys, and a whole lot of extra cuddles!

My weekend was filled with treating myself to a nice dinner and ice cream (by myself- independent woman haha) on Friday, a stunning wedding on Saturday, brunch on Sunday, and an engagement session Sunday evening! Definitely jam packed, but so amazing. I seriously work with the best couples!

As always, lessons learned/events that have transpired over the past week:

• What is life without MJ? That is the question. It’s crazy how much I missed him this weekend while he was away. Having a husband is having a built in buddy to do things with!!
• Still VERY obsessed with the Boston Creme Pie ice cream at Baskin Robbins, and I’m sad to say today is the last day for it! (Yes, I will be going again today… 5 times in one week isn’t thatttt bad.)
• My dad’s 60th Birthday is tomorrow!! WHOOP WHOOP! That also means it’s May… how crazy is that!? MJ and I’s adventures start in less than two months!
• I was introduced to a new app called Todoist, and I am loving it right now! Keeps everything in one place!
• My go-to food right now? English muffins- no good reason, but I am loving them!
• Not loving right now… Lily’s new squeaky toy. (Thank you, MJ…)
