Happy Monday, friends! It’s December!! Which means the decorations are up, the Hallmark Channel is on 24/7, and that hot chocolate is always the answer. Like most people, MJ and I love Christmas! It’s truly the feeling that comes with this holiday that makes it so great!

We got our Christmas tree (that typically stays up until February- judge if you must) and our next to-do is decorating it! My next big to-do? Cleaning. Oh goodness. It’s been on the back burner for a really long time and this week I am devoting an entire day to just cleaning. (AKA if I post on here, MJ will read this and make me accountable- it will happen!)

I just can’t believe 2017 is almost over! One wedding left and then I am done with sessions until 2018!! Say what!?

As always, lessons learned/events that have transpired over the past week:

• Hallmark Channel is my new hobby and I have no shame in saying that. My favorite movie so far is Miss Christmas!
• Long distance friendships are so hard, but something I’m realizing is that communication (even if it’s 10 minutes) is really important! So call or send your bestie a text today or schedule a FaceTime date, you’ll thank me later!
• I am LOVING my new car, but at the same time I am still terrified to drive it! I’ve been parking miles away from my destination just so my car is safe… Oops.
• My mother-in-law is THE BEST gift giver! Her birthday gift to me this year was absolutely perfect! (Thanks for reading my Mash Up Monday’s, Jana, and knowing me so well!)
