My three favorite moments from Amber and Dan’s Hermitage Hill Farm wedding day: First Look with Dad, Amber’s smile when she saw Dan for the first time (and vise versa), and Jami’s Maid of Honor Speech.

Walking Down The Aisle

When I arrived to the hotel and saw Amber getting ready, I just knew she was ready to marry her best friend. Amber gave me the biggest smile followed by the biggest hug, she was so happy! Honestly, I don’t know if her smile ever left her face. She was nervous, as all brides are on their wedding day, but she laughed and smiled with her best friends all morning, and when it came time to walk down the aisle to see Dan, I cannot put into words the amount of joy that was radiating from her face. (Once you see the picture, you will see for yourself!) As Dan held back tears, he was in awe of his beautiful soon to be wife, and though it was the hottest day of the entire year, there was no where else these two rather have been.

Father Daughter First Look

I also loved the family aspect of their wedding… Amber’s dad’s reaction when he saw her for the first time… Let’s just say their wasn’t a dry eye in the room. He was so proud and honored to call the beautiful bride his daughter. There were so many sweet moments that happened throughout Amber and Dan’s day! Not only did I love so many things about their families, but I also loved Amber’s sweet bridesmaids! They were hilarious! Their love and energy and excitement for Amber on her wedding day was contagious!! Fun bridesmaids make the entire day fun!! I wish I had a recording of Jami’s Maid of Honor speech because I literally teared up from laughing so hard. I had to put my camera down at one point. It was the perfect speech for the perfect couple.

CJ Couples turned Friends

Over the past year, Amber and Dan have become such good friends of ours. Honestly, it’s hard not to want to be their friends! Amber is funny and outgoing and kind, and Dan is one in the same. These two are each others best friend, and their wedding showed that in every way. I was so honored to have been a part of their wedding day!
