Colonial Williamsburg Engagement

When Sara contacted me months ago about photographing her Charleston elopement, I think we both realized we were going to be lifelong friends. Our first conversation consisted of talking about our obsession with Katelyn James, our love for Gilmore Girls and Friends, and our addiction to food. After Sara booked me, we started planning her engagement session and it was perfect! She picked out the perfect outfits and we met at one of their favorite places, Colonial Williamsburg.

I loved getting to know these two as we walked around Colonial Williamsburg together. They were pros from the beginning, and I’m not just saying that. They were awesome from shot #1!! We talked about the wedding, about our jobs, and about the puppies. Of course! How can you not talk about the puppies!? The entire session was filled with amazing light, so much laughter, and many gorgeous backdrops! Don’t even get me started on the two “models” I had to work with! Tyler is an awesome nuzzler and Sara is just drop dead gorgeous with the most amazing smile and so they really made the most photogenic couple!
