Sarah and Ryan threw the party of the century at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, VA and it was one their guests will never forget! I’m not sure that the dance floor was empty for one second throughout the entire reception, and I’m pretty sure that every guest stayed until the bride and groom left for their honeymoon (and maybe longer than that!). It was certainly an incredible celebration of love that I am so lucky that I got to be a part of!
Their vision of a timeless, classic wedding day came to life, thanks to planner Liz Hart. On their big day, their florals by Courtney Inghram provided a beautiful pop of color and Army Navy Country Club served as the perfect setting for the occasion! Along with their accents of red and pink florals, they had The Collection provide all the plates and Signature Sweets by Amanda serve up the best dessert table. It was truly a photographers dream!
Sarah and Ryan, thank you for asking me to photograph these precious memories! I think about you guys showing your children in 10 or 15 years the first portraits of the two of you as husband and wife and telling them the story of your wedding day. I can just see them looking through the photos from your reception as you performed your choreographed dances, and I know that they will notice your beaming smiles, and they will think, “Wow. Look how happy they are.” And they will see the way you look at one another in these pictures, and they’ll think “One day, I want to find a love like that.” Your love and your friendship is inspirational, and I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to be a part of such a special day!
